Dear Customers,

The company “Le Roseau Chantant” will resume its regular activities as of September 4, 2018, in the greater Montreal area at the following address: 261 Shore Road, Beaconsfield, QC H9W 3T9, Canada.

Our relocation to Canada was seamless and our new workshop is located on the western part of the island of Montreal, approximately thirty minutes from the downtown core. We are across Beaconsfield’s Centennial Park and a few meters from Lake St. Louis (a portion of the St. Lawrence River). Our workshop will be open by appointment only which can be scheduled byemail or by calling 1-514-630-7525.
As for online orders, please be aware of some applicable changes:

Payments by credit card:
Your transaction is secured by the 3D Secure Monetico system of Desjardins caisses of Quebec. Once your online payment has been made, your order will be confirmed by Le Roseau Chantant before your account is debited. This dual identification effectively lessens the risk of fraud. All prizes are advertised and charged in Canadian Dollars. We do however provide an integrated conversion tool on the site that enables you to obtain prices in Euro or US dollars. The exchange rate applied will be the going rate on the payment date. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee a final price as this will depend on your financial institution’s exchange rate.
Overall, our net prices will be the same as they were prior to our relocation to Canada with a few notable exceptions such as tube cane and some heavier machines due to higher transportation costs.

Bank Transfer:
At the time of your order, you can opt for payment by transfer. It will suffice in this instance to complete the requested information in the space provided. Your order will be prepared and shipped upon confirmation of payment by our bank.  The option to pay in Euro is available for those wishing to do so but you will have to contact us to obtain further details on how to proceed.

Terms of Delivery:
We have established delivery with Canada Post at competitive rates while ensuring reliable, expedient and secure service. We urge you to consider the added distance given our relocation to Canada and allow more time for deliveries.
