Secure transaction

Your transaction is made secure by the 3D Secure system of FiBank BG. After Online payment, your order must be accepted by Le Roseau Chantant Ltd. before your account can be debited. This double identification provides an effective means of counteracting fraud risk.

As for payments by credit card, the total amount of the purchase will be converted into Leva BGN at the exchange rate: 2 Leva equals 1 EURO. In the event of a refund, all transactions accrued on a credit card (VISA or MC), will have the refund executed on the same card with which the order was originally paid.

Bank Details Privacy Policy

During the transaction on the site, your bank details are neither read nor stored by Le Roseau Chantant Ltd. They are communicated exclusively between you and your bank.

Bank Cheques (Canada only)
This method of payment is possible only in cheques made out in Canadian dollars, to be drawn on a bank based in France or Monaco. To pay for your order by cheque:

1. Print out your order
2. Make out your cheque to Le Roseau Chantant
3. Write your order number on the back of the cheque
4. Post your cheque to:

Upon receipt of your cheque we will process your payment and send you your parcel.

Bank transfer

When you place your order, you can choose to pay via bank transfer.  All you need do is to contact us, and we will send you the necessary information.  Your order will be prepared and shipped upon confirmation of payment by our bank.
