Temporary suspension of all orders until mid-August – relocation to Canada
Announcement
Temporary suspension of all orders until mid-August 2018 due to our relocation to Canada.
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that we can not take orders until mid-August 2018.
___
Our Company « Le Roseau Chantant » has ceased now its production activities in France. There will be a period of approximately three months during which the Company will take the time to relocate to the « Belle Province du Québec » in Canada. We will be resuming our regular operations as of September 1, 2018 at the following head office: 261 Shore Drive, Beaconsfield, Qc. H9W 3T9, Canada. During this time, our website will be inactive.
Our previous Canadian Company moved to Europe in September 2007 with a main location in Lyon, France. The main reason for this move was the need to have our own supply source to ensure a constant and reliable cane. Our objective was successfully accomplished. We were also innovative in the development and manufacturing of our own shapers and tubes. All of these achievements were possible given our suitable location. During all these years, we also benefited from the help and encouragement of some of the best oboists at the local, national or European level.
Foremost, we would like to thank our workshop team whose professionalism and hard work, has been pivotal in achieving these positive results. We also thank all of our customers during these past 11 years for their loyalty and their feedback, both positive or negative, which allowed us to improve the quality of our operation. Additionally, we want to extend our gratitude to the many professional musicians for their help and advice and finally our sincere thanks to all our suppliers; de Gourdon-Lorée, Marigaux, Mönnig, Howarth, Crampon Buffet, Rigoutat, Kunibert Michel, Reeds’n Stuff, Chiarugi, Rieger, Rigotti, Alliaud, Marca, Bonazza, Donati, oboes.ch, BAM, Nonaka Boeki, Nagamatsu. We are confident that we still have many collaborative years in our mutual futures.
We would like once more to reassure all our customers that we will be eager to serve you and meet your needs as always, in our new location. We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Canada and welcoming you to our workshop in the West Island of Montreal.
See you soon.
Best regards,
Dimiter Jordanov
